Hosting
The website is hosted by IONOS SE, Elgendorfer Str. 57, 56410 Montabaur, Germany. When the website is accessed, the hosting provider may process technical server log data such as IP address, browser information, requested URL, date and time in order to provide and secure the service.
Email contact via the website
The contact area on this website does not submit form data to the Sersch IT web server. The entries for name, email address and situation description are processed locally in your browser solely to create a pre-filled mailto: link. Your configured email application is then opened.
No message is sent until you actively send it from your email application. From that point onward, the email is transmitted by the email providers involved and received by Sersch IT like any other email. Please refer to the privacy information of your own email provider for its processing.
Email communication
If you contact Sersch IT by email, your inquiry and the personal data contained in it are processed for the purpose of handling your request. Please note that ordinary email communication can have technical security limitations.
Language preference
